Help and reporting

Updated 10 September 2026 · Development preview

Something went wrong

Stop the activity if a response worries you. Children can ask a trusted adult for help. Keep the app version and activity name when raising an issue; do not send passwords or unnecessary child recordings.

During the development preview, contact the team member who invited you through your existing support channel. This is not a continuously monitored emergency service. A staffed public support contact must be in place before external invitations.

Change access or privacy

Manage children and devices to revoke a device or change limits. Learning contains AI permissions and cloud history deletion. Turning off cloud sharing does not delete local practice records.

Immediate help

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If a parent is involved in the concern, speak to another trusted adult. The app does not automatically send private disclosures to parents.
